Revés Bistró — Restaurant in Santa Brígida

A gastronomic surprise for all of us, we came recommended by some local friends from the island. It’s a new restaurant located in tennis facilities, and the ambiance is very nice. To our surprise, the food is incredible. The chef was very attentive, came out to greet us, and asked for our opinions on the dishes. It’s a must to try the rice—its combination left us amazed. Overall, all the dishes are delicious. The table service is on par with that of a renowned restaurant. The sommelier recommended some amazing local wines, and a tall, very attentive, and polite young man took care of us.
