Bambú Beach Club – My Little Slice of Paradise

As a loyal fan and happy customer for the past decade, I’ve been more than willing to make the 🚙 pilgrimage all the way from Los Cristianos to Playa Las Teresitas — and let’s be honest, if there were frequent flyer miles for that drive, I’d be cashing in by now.

Bambú Beach Club has never disappointed. The staff are always polite, helpful,🫶 and somehow manage to stay calm and cheerful even when it’s hotter than the surface of the sun🌝. That alone deserves 5 stars – actually, make it 6, but I’ll settle for 5 and a gold star sticker.☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️

The food? Delicious. The drinks? Plentiful. The vibe? Tropical daydream. Whether you’re into smoothies, cocktails, or just trying to pronounce "mojito" with flair, there’s something for everyone.

Now, let’s talk coffee ☕— because I’m not just a fan, I’m a full-blown coffee gourmet (read: snob, but in a friendly way). And let me tell you, the coffee here is brewed with a pinch of magic, a sprinkle of kindness, and possibly some kind of wizardry. It’s that good.🤪

I almost left a 1 star review because of what happened when I came here with my dog. One of the maintenance employees working in the bar threw a piece of ham from his sandwich in front of my dog for him to eat. As if my dog was some kind of primitive animal that deserves that kind of treatment.... It's only thanks to the friendliness off the waiters and all the kitchen staff that this review has 4 stars. If it wasn't for that one incident it would be 5. The bar itself is dog friendly and the waiters offer water to dogs. There are shelter walls from the top as well as from the sides on windy days which are quite common on Las Teresitas. Most importantly there is a great vegan burger on the menu, on sunny days they serve delicious brunches (also with vegan options), they have great Lavazza coffee and unmissable local Rum Arahucas. The wifi speed is also decent, so it's a great place to both chillout or do some work on the beach sheltered from the wind with a Mojito. Espresso cost 1€, vegan burger 7.50€ which seems like a great value to me for...

I have been a regular guest of Bambù the past three - four months since I stay in the neighborhood more often for coffee les frequently for a delicious meal with my friends. The other day I made the mistake of trying to use their bathroom without ordering. I believe it was the janitor who turned my request down in Spanish and without any compassion. To save the situation I ordered a coffee from the very embarrassed young bartender and finally was allowed into my desired heaven 😆. I’m sure the man refusing me just had a bad day as every one of us does sometimes. Bambù has always been a place of friendly hospitality for me. Keep it that way. I will keep coming back no...
