Bar Strasse Beach — Restaurant in Santa Cruz de Tenerife

Had a pretty bad experience there today. We showed up about 5 and there were plenty of empty tables. My wife was using the rest room and I asked with we could sit at a table. The server said yes and once my wife arrived he came back and asked what we wanted. I ordered and had to wait some time for the restroom. When I came back we didn't have our drinks so I went to the bar. When I did that the server said to sit down and he would take our order. He did and didn't say anything about taking our order previously. We ordered a second round in plastic cups to walk out on the beach. When we came back I was at the foot washing station and my wife went to the bathroom. She was then yelled at to go to the public bathrooms by another employee. We were planning on having more drinks but were turned off...

We have been here with our 2 kids and it is a nice place with good food. The beds are €10 each but if you spend this on food they are free. One of the guys, Pampi is a great character, really nice and always smiling. Very nice beach, good swimming for the whole family and nice place to spent the afternoon after visiting Anaga Park. Parking is free and we had no problem...

Charging 23EUR for sun-lotion, really? And when I ask to use the toilet, even though I say I am a prospective customer, meaning I will have my drink afterwards, I am denied the WC key?!
