Bar Playa — Restaurant in Santa Cruz de Tenerife

The restaurant has beautiful views however three is no menus given to the customers so do not be surprised that you will be totally ripped off as we were today!!!! I was simply disgusted when we had to ask three times for a bill. Eventually the person who was taking our order came over and just like that from the head wrote down the bill for 76euros and then changed that to 92 euros when paying by the till. Never again !!! Male male male. Ci sediamo a prendere un caffè. Aspettiamo 10 minuti prima di poter ordinare, ma per noi non era un problema attendere, visto anche che erano molto indaffarati per il servizio pranzo. Dopo l’ordinazione passano altri 10/15minuti in cui comunque venivano serviti altri caffè ad altri tavoli e altre persone. Va bene, magari nel caos può capitare. Al momento di pagare, per non attendere altro tempo vado al bancone e aspetto. Chiedo di poter pagare prima a una cameriera che mi dice di aspettare, poi a un signore che non mi risponde minimamente e se ne va, poi infine ad un’altra, la terza, cameriera che nuovamente di attendere. Quest’ultima dopo altri minuti di attesa torna al bancone, fa pagare due ragazze spagnole che avevano una busta di ghiaccio ed erano in fila DOPO DI ME, e SE NE VA! Ritorna a servire ai tavoli senza neanche guardarmi. Ora io dico, nel caos può succedere di attendere più del normale e va bene, ci passo sopra. Ma non considerare minimamente l’ordine della fila dopo che sono stata ignorata 3 volte e ho aspettato mezz’ora due caffè è veramente poco...
