The restaurant was pretty crowded, which was indicated as good sign. There were some free tables but a waiting list anyway. We did have a coffee and waited on the terrace upstairs. When the table was ready, the rather young waitress did show absolutely no empathy for us (tourists). Perhaps she would like to serve perfectly Spanish speaking people only. However. We ordered in our poor Spanish. It took ages to get our food, it only came when we asked the other waitress (probably owner). Parts of it didn't arrive but they tried to charge for it. They did correct the check, after I highlighted it. The food (fresh fish) was acceptable. But ordering a small portion (400 g of fish asked) was turned into 750 g. The Papas arrugadas came without any Mojo. The beer was bottled and cold. The glasses were dirty, we drank out of the bottle. Overall, I would recommend to avoid this place or just leave after coffee. The best was the drive to this beach, and somewhat the beach as well. However, after this downer, we left for nicer places.

Delicious food. The portions were big - both the potatoes and the fish churros were much bigger than in other restaurants I've eaten them. The fish churros has rather big amount of bread around them though, and they felt quite oily. The sauces were delicious, especially the red one - lots of garlic which I love. We were brought a bread with the sauce at the beginning - it was delicious, but it appeared in the check - it was only 1€ though. 37€ for three people, plus we couldn't eat it all. We had to wait a moment to get the waiter to come to us though, whenever we needed them.

The food is not so good as anounced. We took the daily menus. Vegetable soup is very tasty, but the fish wasn't good at all. It's fresh, no doubts, but overall the taste is not nice, comparing to it's size there is very small amount of meat on it. The salad is a mix of both vegetables and fruits. Not good, not so bad. Besides the soup only bread with red sauce was ok. As dessert we've got small plastic box of ice cream you can buy in many stores. To sum up: it's not worth the money at all. The bright side is the beach and the coast, at least if you like photography or surfing.

Took a while for the waiter to notice us, but he was friendly and his English was good. Restaurant was about to close and everybody seemed to be busy cleaning the entire place with the guests still eating. We felt we were in their way more than anything else. We ordered fresh fish and opted to share a big one. When it came it looked more like a skeleton than a sumptuous dish, there was hardly any meat on it, but the bones must have been very heavy as we had to pay 19 euros for it(13 euros /kilo). Luckily we had also ordered some fresh cheese, which was delicious. Clean plates arrived wet and stained, so did the glasses I wiped off my plate with a napkin, but preferred to not use the glass and drink from the bottle instead. If it hadn't been for the good reviews, I wouldn't have gone to this restaurant and I am afraid to say that I should've trusted my intuition. Would not...
