La Vela — Restaurant in Santa Eulària des Riu

Ate there yesterday, sitting outside and making the most of the late evening sun surrounded by gorgeous flowering hedges.

The Argentinian waitress was super friendly and made us feel welcomed.

The food was amazing. We had the focaccia with aioli, and the patatas bravas for starters, with large portions filling us both up before we got to the mains :)

The pizzas were delicious, with a tasty base and tomato sauce. Toppings were plentiful and the olive oil with chillis on the table was the perfect choice for drizzling on the crust.

We couldn't eat it all, but were provided a box to take the leftovers back to our hotel.

Not good !!!!! My family and I have be going to la vela for 5years it always was a little pricey but the quality of the food was excellent, best pizza in Ibiza. We arrived this time with a party of 11 and had found owners had changed, were told we couldn’t have particular ingredients on the pizzas!! prices had got even higher and pizza 🍕 well it was awful.. the pizzas had the appearance and consistency of a wet pie.

Staff not particularly helpful, and having to shout your order to the server because the WiFi couldn’t reach the tablet.. really what happened a piece of paper and pen!!!!!’

This was the best pizza we’ve ever had, and we love pizza! We had no reservation and the very kind waiter couldn’t have been more helpful and brought a table outside for us, the staff were doing an amazing job serving unbelievable food from the kitchen which we were able to watch from our table. We had the patatas bravas which had the most delicious sauce, a garlic bread and the calabrese pizza with njudja.
