Most of the staff are inexperienced, they do their best to be friendly, but it comes unnatural. Not really paying attention to the important details. It is fine if there are some inexperienced staff in the mix, however, our experience was that most were kind of in the process of warming up.

The food is okay, but nothing special, the value for money is definitely absent. There are far better choices in Ibiza with similar prices and far better service and food.

That being said, this place has potential, if they get their act together and improve. Perfectly located and a nice ambiance will help make a top restaurant of it. I ordered the solomillo de ternera, expecting the tenderness and fine texture that comes with true filet. What I was served, however, was clearly not filet, it was tough, fibrous, and had the structure of a much cheaper cut, like flank or skirt steak.

When I raised this with the owner, he insisted they only buy filet and T-bone. Frankly, that doesn’t match what ended up on my plate. Either the supplier is misleading them, or they are misleading their guests.
