Restaurante SOS — Restaurant in Santa Eulària des Riu

The restaurante is very tight and clean. It’s facing the beach. Has a inside dining and a lovely terrace. At my arriving I’ve been approached from a smiling friendly waitress she welcomes me and invited me to choose a table. After choosing my table she left to return with the menù asked what drink I would like, she noted it and left and returned whit my drink. The menu is well done. Translated in different languages. Few minutes later a waiter appreciate me to take the order. He add if In the waiting time I would like to have bread and ali oli. I did order a Grilled sirloin steak whit mix salad 16,90. The time to smock and finish a sigarette and my order arrived. Was well presented, tasty and cooked perfectly. I did finish my steak but I was no asked after few bite if it was ok. Was not necessarily because was very good but .. I did order after a caprese salad 9,50. Was well plated. The mozzarella and tomato was fresh. Was topped whit Albaca (basil cream). No bred. At the end quality and price are perfectly matched. I would definitely recommend this restaurant and suggest it to people how love enjoining a nice clean and...

The food was not good. Drenged in oil and juices from the meat. We had to go back to the hotel immediately because of it. A lot of fat on the meat and my friend had a cooked through steak when asked for a medium. Waiter keeps walking circles around the tabled doing nothing, it is disturbing. We paid 10 euros extra for 2 sauces that should have been included in the dish in the first place and it was watery and not nice. Besides that we had to ask for the sauce again because they did not serve it with our food and by the time we got it, the food was already cold. I do not recommend this. Una de la peores experiencias de mi vida. El restaurante en si tiene comida simple rica y a buen precio pero la estrella la he puesto simplemente por la pésima atención. Al llegar, el restaurante estaba vacío y por esa razón tomamos sitio en la terraza con techo, en la cual no había cartel de ‘no fumar’, mi acompañante empezó a fumar con el cenicero que estaba en la MESA, después de esto fuimos gritados por encender el cigarrillo, esto lo comprendimos y en verdad no importó tanto. Luego decidimos cambiar de mesa para no molestar con el tabaco, el cambio de mesas molesto a todos los meseros, esto me parece una ridiculez ya que no había casi nadie en el restaurante. Al movernos el dueño tuvo una actitud terrible y grosera con nosotros. Nuestra mesa estaba justo atrás de una esquina con un tipo de chiringuito, en cual había un grupo de hombres tomando y que por cierto olían muchísimo a marijuana. Después tuvimos que esperar media hora para ser atendidos. Al llegar la comida uno los hombres de atrás empezó a VOMITAR encima de todo el sofá, los meseros luego llegaron con una manguera para limpiar todo esto mientras comíamos. Comprendo que esto no fue su culpa pero pudieron habernos dejado movernos para no sólo OLER y VER el VOMITO pero para que no nos fuera a CAER ENCIMA. Lo único bueno fue un mesero que fue muy amable con el niño en la mesa (era rumano por si lo llegan a conocer) Ya después de esto una de la meseras se burló de nosotros enfrente de nosotros con el dueño por haber nos quejado .
