Dont like putting poor reviews especially as staff were lovely but here goes First visit a great breakfast and lovely milkshake . Great value. Second visit evening meal .Place busy my thai food came out at best warm . Shame as would have been lovely . Partners chicken meal and veg also only warm . Veg was hard and going cold . The place was very busy but still no excuse sending food out just warm Third visit Breakfast this time rather burnt . Bacon almost burnt as were hashbrowns and fried eggs overdone . This was on wed the day of the hippy market so was a busy restaurant . Overall i feel that when this place is at max capacity then service goes down hill a fair bit which is a shame as they do some good deals and very varied . Maybe they need an extra set of hands in the kitchen to put these problems right . I hope they see this review and act on it as like i said its a lovely clean place with great staff who on two occasions for me didnt deliver the goods . Hopefully ill return next year...
Read moreMy 12y old son and I shared one daily menu (9.50 euros). We could choose from a number of options but went with spring rolls, chicken breast (which included well fried chips, see photo) and ice cream for desert. My son drank a Fanta Orange, which costed only 1.80 euros. So the total price for all this was 11.30 euros, ridiculous! 😆 Add to that the wonderful service by a waiter with a great sense of humour, and we couldn't have been happier. Well, err, we could do without the corny 80s and 90s music, but hey, us Dutch always find something to...
Read morePoor Spanish food. Decent service however weren't able to get much flexibility due to our food restrictions. Ordered their speciality paella (seafood and chicken). Asked for no chicken and to add some extra seafood in its place, they wanted extra money for that. I asked them to try however, even though it was a family run place they couldn't do anything as the owner wasn't there! The paella was undercooked with the rice being too hard and it wasn't creamy enough. My wife barely had a couple of forced spoonfuls and I just about are the seafood in it. Oh and the chicken that I'd asked not to be added. €35 for a paella not the cheapest. I've had much better for cheaper. Plenty of other decent places about. I won't be going...
