This is a cafe/restaurant with an informal atmosphere and high end restaurant quality food. Excellent homemade pasta and pizza. Ripieno opened in summer 2024 and is a very special place whether for morning coffee and tostadas, daily menu del días with first plates consisting of, usually, a choice of two bruschettas, second plate a choice of two pasta dishes ( and currently on a Friday a choice of two pizzas), follwed by a choice of postres or a coffee - all for 12.50€. Together with excellent service and a friendly atmosphere this is a cafe/restaurant that I can wholeheartedly recommend. Just spent an August evening here. pasta tasted like guanchale fat couldn’t taste any tomatoes no parmesan provided when asked was presented with the smallest amount not even enough for one person, pizza cheese tasted like milk, and the fries took over 35 minutes to come out after our mains came that where over cooked .. service extremely slow .. chips where forgotten about and waited almost 30 minutes after asking for the bill .. i do not understand how this place has so many good reviews as its below average … would...

This place is sensational. Small and cozy with a lovely atmosphere. Friendly staff and the most amazing food. Having visited Italy a number of times, the cacio e pepe was the BEST I've ever tasted. With added Burrata and crushed pistachio elevated the dish to new heights. My partner had the carbonara and said it was the best he's ever had.
