I discovered Monk Coffee Roasters while exploring Santa Eulalia. The interior has an interesting industrial design. Good music adds to the atmosphere.

More importantly, the staff are very friendly and know their coffee: origins, processes, notes. There is also a small selection of pastries and cakes.

They have a product that I’d never seen before: cans of cold-brewed coffee. Nitro was a bit strong for me, but the Tonic is delicious.

The owner recognised me because I was there several times a week and made recommendations based on my taste. Always a nice personal touch.
