So first of all we needed to wait long for drinks that not even take 2 minutes to bring than we get the bread that is so salty as the sea. We take the last bite of the Bread and the pizza’s are already on the table so they have zero patients. We take a bite of one pizza and it is just not good, we didn’t like it. So we asked for the menu to check the pizza because there was more on it than we thought. So what happens: we say to the waiter that we have a question and we are explaining our problem, she is asking us if it is her problem of ours. So she is rude but than the funniest thing happens, everybody comes one by one at our tabel to scream that there are Italian and that they know how to make pizza’s because we don’t want to pay a pizza that we don’t like and didn’t it. So the waiters and the people from the kitchen are really disrespectful because you don’t scream in some body’s face...
Read moreDear reader, I hope you choose to come here for your pizza & dining. During my short stay here in the area, I ordered the "Regina" pizza (cheese-filled crust, topped with diced tomatoes, parmesan, olive oil and herbs) twice. The moment I saw it in the photos posted, I knew I had picked the right pizzeria, and the first bite confirmed that I would be back soon.
This is the best pizza I've had since I moved to Europe a few years ago. From preparing and carefully garnishing the pizza, to recommending I eat it hot for the best taste of the cheese-filled crust, to a pleasant conversation about his story, I met a man who cares deeply about the food he creates to share with you (+ he and his staff are very friendly)
My experience with Pizzaria Mamma Mia is a highlight, I am glad I was able to return on the same trip and will definitely be back...
Read moreAs an Italian, I don't call this Italian pizza. Just a simple margherita that can be made so beautiful with mozzarella and basilica. But this is the worst margherita I ever had. I didn't even get basilica, just some oregano pappers. Mozzarella don't look like this so I think you used som basic spanish cheese.
The crust in Italian pizza is one of the most important components of the meal and is traditionally thin but has a fluffy consistency. This is not it my friend.
Anyone can make a dough from a Neapolitan recipe but making the pizza itself is something you cannot do.

NOTE: This is a review after I got some mean comments from the owner after my first review where I just said that this is not...
