Edit: It took 5 years to get an answer on this review, I haven't returned and would never. Great response time.
I was served raw chicken wings on a tapas plate, had had two of the tapas that was served and could not eat any more. when telling the waiter he simply cleaned the table and said sorry. Then he brought the check, asking for full payment. I said I would not pay full price, I might consider paying for the two tapas I ate but you served raw chicken, pray that I won't get sick? He spoke to the manager who said that I should have complained earlier. I asked if I could speak to the manager, she came out and refused again. she went back to the kitchen, dug the garbage, (we were 16 people eating 8 of them kids so a lot of waste) and came back with my raw chickenleg/wing and said it was fine. I pointed out that it really was raw and she BEGAN TO EAT IT! It was raw and from the garbage! We asked for a 15 euro discount on a check that was 233euros and this crazy lady rather eats raw food from the garbage saying I did not have money for the check and that she was calling the police. I told her I had been in the restaurant business for over 20 years and never seen anything so disgusting. The food is straight from the freezer, the hamburgars did not even have the color of meat, the calamari, the crockettes, the mussels, the shrimp, the burgers- the pizza, the pasta everything was processed food that the just deep-fried or heated. I had the seafood pasta cause I thought you can’t do much wrong with it and my goodness it was a tomato soup with bad tasting pasta and some dirty seafood. Maybe you tried to cover it with so much sauce but I really could feel the sand in my mouth.
And my cocktail “looked” funny and but for real did you just once tried your stuff before selling it to your customers?
