Ca'n Cannoli Ristorante Pizzeria — Restaurant in Santa Maria del Camí

I went to eat something quick and easy therefore ordered gnocchi and take away steak/potato/vegs for my son at home at around 18-19:00. The restaurant weren’t so busy but it was getting steadily busy. After waiting around 40min I started to look around. No one had any food on their table except drinks. Everyone was looking around for the food but the waitresses ignored you unless you asked for a drink! I went to the bar and asked if anything wrong in the kitchen. The waitress were defensive and said we have so many customers. I said ‘…but nobody has any food!’. She mumbled something and told me to wait! Another 10 min passed and I was ready to leave the restaurant without eating. I said bye to the waitress but she told that my food will be ready in a second. I waited. Gnocchi as I was expecting was the worst gnocchi I’ve ve ever eaten. It was overcooked, super mushy, oily and tasteless. I paid and left with my takeaway. My son at home couldn’t eat the steak as it was too chewy and potato and vegetables were off. I’m not exaggerating, they were off. I really truly want my money back for the takeaway but I couldn’t go back as I just moved to a new house and I was super tired. But I know which restaurant to avoid in...

Ca'n Cannoli is an italian restaurant located in the main commercial street in Santa Maria del Camí. The place is big and has two really nice terraces in the front and back part, that you can specially enjoy in summer evenings.

The service and the waiting time are correct. It would be better if there were cheaper starters, even if it's offering a small or simple dish. We highly recommend to try the pizza, affordable price and really good dough!

Es una lástima porque la comida es buena. Pero el servicio deja mucho que desear. Lentos y bastante desagradables. Cuando les preguntamos por qué tardaban tanto nos dijeron de malas formas que había trabajo y cuando les pedimos a ver si era posible subir el aire acondicionado, nos dijeron de malas formas que no y que es normal que haga calor porque tienen todas las puertas abiertas. Pues cierrenlas... No creo que sea bueno tener el aire a tope y todo abierto porque no se nota y encima gastas luz innecesariamente. Además, las respuestas se pueden dar de muchas formas y nosotros hemos sido muy educados todo el rato pidiendo las cosas, como no puede ser de otra forma. Después lentos para servir el postre, y hasta han tardado para traer la cuenta. Hemos pedido un nere etna (que no lleva guisantes) y un nere sepia (que sí los lleva) y cuando el camarero ha traído los platos nos ha servido el nere sepia diciendo que era nere etna y claro, cuando la persona que había pedido el nere etna lo ha visto le ha dicho que no podía ser porque llevaba guisantes y ella lo ha pedido sin. De malas formas le ha respondido que ése era el etna y punto. Al siguiente viaje ha traído el nere etna de verdad y sin disculparse le ha cogido el plato a la primera persona sin saber si había empezado y los ha cambiado. Cuando le hemos dicho si es que al final teníamos razón y ese era el nere sepia nos ha dicho que sí de forma brusca y se ha girado y se ha ido. No creo que sean formas, sobre todo cuando la equivocación ha sido suya. Todos nos equivocamos y no pasa nada pero el trato no es el adecuado. Sinceramente, concluyo como he empezado: es...
