Pizzeria La Dolce Vita Puerto — Restaurant in Santa Pola

Called here earlier today, Sat 20th. Was quiet, only 2 other customers. Male server came out and was messing with tables and moving stuff and totally ignored us so we presumed he wasn't taking orders. After waiting for ages we got his attention and he finally asked us if we wanted anything! Er, we were sat at a table so I thought it would be obvious! Any way, after ordering beers and food, partial beers came out and bearing in mind the prices are higher in these bars I would expect a decent beer., Nope, no way, Massive head on it so I asked him to fill it up and he basically said 'no, it's a lunchtime beer' haha, I offered to pay a lesser lunchtime price but he was so rude after that. The food was mediocre, the burger was lousy and full of gristle, which I had to leave but I did like the pizza style bread it came in, this was the best bread I had had on a burger. The pizza was good but my vegetarian daughter got the aubergine lasagne which had mince meat in it, she was so sick after she realised this and the server said that it didn't state it was vegetarian so maybe that was my error, BE WARNED.. we still paid full price and my other daughter said she left a tip too as she though it was compulsory, I missed that or I would've taken it back . If you are reading this review, your service is despicable, your menu's need to be clearer and the staff need a lesson...

Visited with partner and daughter. Was originally going to be sat at a table that wasn't laid out for dinner in the corner outside when there was 10 tables laid out for dinner service. For a country that is ment be be about family was already unimpressed. Wanted to take food order before we even saw the menu. Tenía ganas de probar este sitio desde hace años pero ha sido muy decepcionante que llegando a estar inclusive sentados para comer en primer lugar tardaron más de 15 minutos en venir teniendo solo otra mesa más, en segundo lugar fuimos a pedir menú, pone dos entrantes ( lo que no pone es que hay dos entrantes para elegir UNO de ellos y esos entrantes decide la cocina culés son, ese día ensalada y boquerones) todos los comensales que pidan menú tienen que comer lo mismo. Cuando preguntamos porque no podía ser que dos personas pidieran boquerones y dos ensalada nos dijo "no" sin más explicaciones. Los platos principales llevan suplemento dependiendo de lo que pidas o como lo pidas y en las carnes dice que entra toda la carta cuando haces la reserva, una vez allí hay limitaciones también.
