Ubicado en Santa Susanna, Mabrasa no es un restaurante. Es un templo gastronómico con vistas, sazón y la capacidad de hacerte olvidar la dieta, el estrés y hasta tu PIN del móvil.

Llegamos con hambre, sed y actitud de “hoy se come bien o se come bien”. Nos sentaron rapidito, y antes de que pudiéramos decir “nachos”, nos atendieron con más cariño que mi abuela en Navidad.

Y atención al detalle: le trajeron AGUA CON HIELO al perro. Sí, sí, con hielo. Mi perro me miró como diciendo “esto es lo que merezco, humano”. Entre eso y lo cómodo que estaba, creo que ya tiene planeada su próxima reserva.

Arrancamos con los nachos con queso y guacamole, y madre mía… Capa sobre capa de queso fundido, guacamole cremosito y nachos crujientes que parecían hechos por ángeles mexicanos. Una torre de felicidad comestible. Los mirabas y ya engordabas de puro amor. Hubo un momento en que pensé en abrazarlos, pero los devoré antes de ponerme sentimental.

Y luego... la joya de la corona: la PAELLA KANI picantona. Pura actitud. Llegó a la mesa con aroma a mar y cara de “vas a sudar, pero vas a ser feliz”. Picante, sí. Pero ese picante bueno, que te hace sonreír con lágrimas. El arroz estaba perfecto, con más marisco que una peli de Sirenita adulta: sabrosísimo, potente, y tan bien hecho que pensé que el chef debía tener contrato con Neptuno.

Y cuando ya pensábamos que no había nada más que la vida pudiera ofrecer… llegó LA CHEESECAKE CON SALSA DE MANGO. Cremosa. Fresca. Golosa. Tentadora. ¡Esa tarta tenía textura de nube, sabor de paraíso tropical y presencia de diva internacional!

🔥 Conclusión: Mabrasa no es solo comida, es una experiencia espiritual con final feliz. Comida que emociona, trato VIP incluso al perro, y platos que deberían salir en la próxima temporada de Netflix: “Chefazos con Flow”.

¿Volveré? Sí. Con hambre, con amigos, con el perro si se porta bien… ¡y con espacio en el pantalón!

Nota final: si estás por Santa Susanna y no vas a Mabrasa, estás viviendo tu vida...

This place was alright, but it didn’t wow me. The decor is cozy, with a warm, inviting atmosphere that’s great for a casual night out. The staff was polite, though they seemed a bit overwhelmed during the dinner rush. The menu had a good range of dishes, which made it easy to choose something. However, the food was just okay. My entree was decent but didn’t have the depth of flavor I was expecting. The sides were fine, and the dessert was actually pretty good. Prices were reasonable, but I’ve had better meals elsewhere. It’s a fine place for a quick bite, but I wouldn’t go out of my way...

Stay AWAY. Have been away for over a week, all other restaurants were great. But here the Food made me very ill. Also they had a guy for entertainment, however he thought that making the Spanish guests laugh at the expense of the tourists was funny, not only once or twice but 3 times. It was so awful that when I went to the toilet, an adult came in & just laughed in my face. I love a good laugh but not a peoples expense. Also surely the should be nice to the tourists spending money in their restaurants. Such a shame this was our experience on our last night as every other...
