Restaurante El Duque — Restaurant in Santander

Honestly if I could rate this restaurant more than 5, I would.The food is sublime, fresh and perfectly portioned. We were staying in a nearby hotel and went here to eat for lunch and to our pleasure we left satisfied, much so that we came for dinner the next day. The chefs are amazing and the manager is very kind, it felt like a luxury experience as they paid attention to not only the food but to us as well. We plan on coming back when we're in Santander again as this restaurant made our holiday even more special. Much love...

The best food we had in Santander! Everything is season perfectly, even the kids meals. We especially enjoyed the merluza fish with different sauces. Some of the staff are really nice, especially the director. But one waitress was a bit pushy so that we order the whole menu and she didn't like that we only ordered main courses, she could be more professional. The interior is quite nice. They are also children-friendly. All in all, our favourite restaurant...

Good food which is worth the price. The place is nice on the inside but being a bit away from the beach the terrace is rather uninspiring. Considering that we were the only two people at the restaurant, the service could have been friendlier and more attentive.
