Have thought long and hard about leaving this review especially as we have eaten here before and up to this experience the food etc was brilliant We're 2 female diners who chose the t bone steak deal. One was absolutely fine, one was nearly all gristle, evidence of which was on the plate. We informed the supervisor who immediately apologised and whipped the meal away quick to re cook. We thought ok fine although a choice of something different would have been preferable. Meal was served very quickly. But after about the 3rd mouthful more gristle! We both tried it and both left it on the plate. So again spoke to supervisor who said nothing and removed it. So we asked for the bill When it come we had been charged for both meals! As both steaks had barely been touched we called over an older male waiter we calmly explained we didn't feel we should pay for an uneaten meal. He became extremely aggressive speaking loudly and arm waiving. As he was very tall we felt intimated especially when he said you're lucky we didn't charge you for all 3. All pieces of meat are the same, if one is good, all is good! We tried to explain that some meats do have gristle and it is bad luck. He just intimated us. In the end we called over a very polite young male waiter and asked to speak to the manager. Noone came but the bill came up with one steak removed. So we hurriedly paid and left. This was all poorly handled and we shouldn't have been shouted at like we did...

Had a meal here and enjoyed it very much so decided to book again. We arrived and could see it was busy, we advised them that we had booked and were told our table would be ready in about 10 minutes. As we had to wait the waitress asked us if we would like a drink, we thought this was a gesture as it was now 15 minutes and still no table. We then got a table and finally a menu, we gave our order 35 minutes later and then had to wait ages to get the food. Our table was booked for 8 and waited until 9.30 to actually eat. Unacceptable. My food was fine my sisters lamb was so salty she left most of the meat. No apology for the delay and charged for the drink offered for the wait. Wouldn’t go again.
