The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. They charge for everything, fridge in room kettle in room, water is only available up to 11am then you have to pay for bottled water from the vending machine, when it was working!! You can only use the coffee machines during hours of 8am to 11pm, no exceptions, I am here with my brother and he is disabled and needs medication every 2hrs, I was told it is not possible to get a drink of coffee until the canteen!! opened in the morning. We could pay for bottled water tho!! Disabled access is bad to say the least, we could not get a wheelchair in the lift unless he got out of it and folded it up. Our rooms had a disgusting drainage smell which we complained about and the response was yes we know, we will send cleaner, they put bleach down the plughole!! The canteen food was cold every day even when we went down as it opened. We did not find any of the elder staff accommodating, the younger lads and girls were more attentive. Never again would I come to this hotel or recommend it to anyone. We leave at 6.15pm on Sat 28/4 and it can't...

Garbage was scattered all over the sand and surrounding areas – empty bottles, food wrappers, even broken flip-flops. It clearly hasn’t been cleaned properly in a while. The water was decent, but the overall atmosphere? Syden hell. Screaming kids, selfie sticks, and no space to move.
To make matters worse, everything is overpriced. You’re paying a premium for the “Mallorca” label, but getting half the quality. Honestly, you’d be much better off going to Greece. It’s cheaper, cleaner, and the beaches are far more enjoyable.
Save your money. Cala Gran...
Read moreVery good hotel which is bigger than you think. Two small pools on one side and a large pool over the road from the reception. The Animation team are great and very friendly and talk to both adults and kids with the same enthusiasm. This is a multi national hotel with families from all over Europe so if you are a couple then you might want to go somewhere with a few less kids. One other thing is the food, although tasty and enough for even greediest people, we were there for a week and it was a bit same thing most nights. But all in...
