Eden Paradise Karaoke & Music bar — Restaurant in Santanyí

Granted the entertainment is decent and drinks are well priced. But when you show up to a karaoke bar and request to sing a song (after the host says its unusually quiet so you think ok I'll play along and get into the spirit). You sit for the remainder of the night waiting to be called, ordering more drinks for you and the family etc. Wife eventually takes the youngest back to the hotel as tired etc. Sit with the eldest until they call last song and guess what? Isn't you! Ask them what is going on and they "say oh yeah we didn't have your song can you come back tomorrow and pick a different one"? First of all, how difficult was it to state that over the course of the night and request we pick a new song? Secondly, what karaoke bar doesn't have THAT song as a regular is beyond me! Spent 3 nights in this place with our kids dancing, singing karaoke. On the fourth night the bar lady kept telling the kids they need to stay seated and told them to stop playing pool because others wanted to play(no one else used the pool table after). We asked her if they had a problem with kids they said no but they wanted to attract more adults. We thought she was very rude and kept glaring at the kids and decided to leave. Spent a few nights here, until we visited last night and during karaoke my partner and our friends child signed up to sing a song and when queuing to apply, another customer was swearing infront of multiple children. My partner asked if he could stop, which led to a staff member coming over to my partner and defending the person swearing when my partner asked if he thought this was acceptable the man working said it isn’t his problem and he needs to tell management if he’s not happy. Me and my partner left and our friend went to speak to management and whilst doing so both the man’s (who was swearing) father and the staff member began getting aggressive towards him.
