Honestly struggling to say many positives about this place. Was a last minute decision to eat here and we wished we went to our original choice. I saw they had good reviews and the restaurant seemed lively compared to many others. We were seated immediately, both me and my partner knew what we wanted and was ready to order there and then, however we were told by the waitress she only does drinks, which is fine but we then waited 15/20 minutes more to then order our food, by which time you've already finished your drink, we were also very hungry and were ready to leave if we waited 10mins more. We were not the only table that waited this long too. The man who took our order was great and friendly compared to the others but we then waited another 20/30 minutes to receive our food which was hugely disappointing and not worth the price. I got a steak, and my partner got a mixed meat grill. The steak was decent but both meals were served with a small portion of wedges that were pretty basic tasted like frozen wedges and cold/warm veg. My partner said his meat was very fatty and not much meat, however the kids meal was big and tasted ok but no cutlery suitable for smaller children. The man did his best in offering a tea spoon but is a bit difficult to eat spaghetti bolognese with a small spoon 😅

After finishing our meal an hour later as you can expect a toddler starts to get impatient but again it took long to clear our plates and then another wait for the bill, which they were very quick to put the bill on the table and leave, my partner had to call after them. We were probably there for a good 90mins - not by choice. Not very attentive. A few customers sat near us looked just as bored and fed up with the service. I cannot imagine what this place is like during peak summer. I am unsure how it is rated so highly when the food is very mid and going off the basis that the place is busy so must be good - probably just people waiting around to be served...

We have been coming to this restaurant for the past three years, and it has become a must-visit every year for us. From the moment we step in, we are greeted with a warm, welcoming atmosphere that instantly feels like home. The ambiance is perfect, with a cozy yet vibrant energy that keeps us coming back time and time again.

The food? Absolutely incredible! Every dish is prepared with such care and attention to detail, and it shows in every bite. We especially loved the sausages, ribs, and the T-bone steak – cooked to perfection and full of flavor. The portions are generous, and the quality of the ingredients is top-notch, making the prices more than reasonable for the experience. You truly get amazing value here.

The staff deserves a special mention. They are not only professional but also extremely friendly and attentive. David, Narea, Piedad, Chiqul, and Ester always go above and beyond to ensure that every guest feels taken care of. They are hard-working individuals who clearly take pride in their work, and it shows in the excellent service we receive each time.

A heartfelt thank you also goes to the owner, Manuel, who has created such a wonderful place. His dedication to his restaurant is evident in every aspect, from the fantastic food to the superb staff. We are always made to feel like family, and that is something truly special.

Our recent visit to Rustic was nothing short of exceptional. As a family of five, finding a place that caters to both adults and children can be a challenge, but this steakhouse exceeded all our expectations.

We ordered the tomahawk and fillet steaks, both served on a hot stone. The concept of cooking the steaks right at the table was not only unique but also an exciting experience for the entire family, especially the kids. They were thrilled to be part of the cooking process, which added an extra layer of fun to our meal.

The food itself was phenomenal. The steaks were of excellent quality, tender, and flavourful. The sides complemented the mains perfectly, and the presentation was impressive. You could tell that a lot of thought and care went into every dish.

What truly stood out, however, was the service. Despite not having a reservation, the staff did their absolute best to accommodate us. They were attentive, friendly, and incredibly hardworking. You could see why this place is so popular - everyone on the team works tirelessly. Their efforts did not go unnoticed, and it significantly contributed to our overall enjoyment.

We'll definitely be back, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic meal in a warm, family-friendly...
