An unforgettable lunch experience! I visited with a friend, and from start to finish, everything was simply exceptional. We had the Pata de Pulpo and the Presa Ibérica de Bellota cubierta de Jamón Ibérico as our main dishes—both were cooked to perfection, full of rich flavors and high-quality ingredients.

To accompany our meal, we enjoyed a fantastic Ribera del Duero Tempranillo red wine, which paired beautifully with the dishes. And to finish on a sweet note, the Torrija con Helado de Vainilla was absolutely divine—rich, indulgent, and the perfect way to end the meal.

A little gem at the heights of Setenil!

Such a lovely place with a beautiful little terrace overviewing the valley. Probably the best restaurant we had during our holiday: the food is fresh, homemade and reasonably priced. And the staff is very friendly. Amongst the dishes that we tried and can highly recommend were: the goat cheese salad, the "rabo del toro" (bull's tail), risotto and their absolutely gorgeous desserts! NEFASTO. El día 03/12 llamo por teléfono para hacer una reserva para el día 07/12 y me atiende el dueño, Francisco, le indico que es para 3 personas pero que llevamos un perro pequeño, a lo que me responde que en ese caso nos tendría que poner fuera, y yo acepto, pero él acaba recomendándome que deje a mi perro en mi casa (comentario en tono muy desagradable), y ahí se queda la conversación. Hoy día 07/12, a pesar de molestarnos su comentario, como íbamos por una recomendación, cometimos el error de desplazamos hasta Setenil para ir a esta venta, y cuando llegamos a la 13:00 (la reserva era a la 13:30) mi padre entra en la venta para avisar de que habíamos llegado y confirmar la reserva. A lo que el dueño le dice que al final no íbamos a llevar perro (lo supone él porque en ningún momento se dijo eso) y que si queríamos podíamos sentarnos fuera pero que tardarían en servirnos mucho más. Todo esto con un tono muy desagradable y maleducado. Esto nos hizo sentirnos muy incómodos y decidimos irnos. Aclaro que se trata de un perro de 2kg…… posteriormente, Francisco me llama por teléfono para indicarme que él tiene razón y que yo iba a dejar la perra en mi casa, yo le explico que ese comentario lo dijo él y que yo le dije que era imposible. En definitiva, un trato desagradable y déspota, si llevas perro recomiendo...
