first of all, you must get their burrata salad! they serve it with not one but TWO big burratas, so worth! definitely consider adding an extra euro for pesto/truffle, we got the truffle and it was so fragrant and packed with flavour, we were savouring every last drop of burrata. the foccacia we used to absorb the creamy burrata was also so delicious, best bread ever!
for pastas, we tried the carbonara and amatriciana. both were heavenly, might be even better than the ones i tried in italy tbh. these were legit.
for the pizza, we were absolutely bursting by this point and could on stomach half (we ate the rest for bfast the next day hehe), we got the camona (pumpkin cream). this was absolutely delicious if you love the strong pumpkin flavour. all the toppings went deliciously together on a lovely crispy pizza crust.
the portion sizes are also really really huge! there were 3 of us and we definitely over-ordered and shld have stuck to a total of 3 dishes only.

Desde la Red Sevilla Sin Gluten trabajamos con rigor junto con los establecimientos adheridos para ofrecer la seguridad y confianza que a lo largo de los años hemos consolidado en nuestra ciudad. El protocolo de adhesión es muy estricto y contempla tanto el trabajo en cocina como en sala, y a esto se une un seguimiento de cada establecimiento para asegurar el cumplimiento del protocolo de adhesión y por tanto la continuidad del sello en el tiempo..
Lamentamos profundamente lo ocurrido, tanto desde la RSSG, como nos consta por parte del propio establecimiento, manifestándolo en un reseña y posteriormente trasladándonos el mismo mensaje de sinceras disculpas al nuestro equipo técnico. Pinsería Il Forno había cumplido con todos los requisitos de adhesión en el momento de su incorporación a la red pero este error en la gestión del personal en sala ha provocado una grave incidencia que acabó con el consumo de gluten de una persona celíaca, motivo para la retirada inmediata del sello.
