Update since my last review. My wife and I went here at lunchtime recently and had the special lunch menu 3 courses (not called Menu del Dia) it was advertised at €18.95 but not the actual food. Once at our table we realised that the menu did not include wine so we ordered a bottle of red which was expensive for what it was. When it came to ordering the meal it was displayed on a tablet instead of paper menu (good hygene). Unfortunately of the 6 items available for main course 3 of them had a substantial supplement of between €5 and €7, of the other 3 one was fish, one meat (pork cheek) and one sticky rice and vegetables. My wife had the pork and I had the fish fillet which was beautifully cooked and served on a bed of mash with chimichuri sauce. The pork was tough and hard to cut and was served with melted cheese and potato wedges. She couldn't finish the tough pork. All in all a disappointment, for the price. Read moreI feel like I need to give this place a second chance. We went in January, early doors and we were the only ones there. The food was good but not to the standard that I expected of this place given the rave reviews online and by word of mouth. I love ceviche and steak so I ordered them. The ceviche was very very acidic, and it ruined it if I’m honest. The portion size was excellent and if it was smaller then it would have been manageable but by the end of it my mouth hurt. The steak came a little too rare in places for medium-rare which is what I ordered. I don’t mind rare but as this was a bit gristly, having it rare made it a bit challenging to eat. The sauce was also a vinaigrette which oils have been fine normally, but after the ceviche starter, it was too much. The service was also poor. He knows every little ingredient in all the dishes and wines that the restaurant serves, he’s exactly the sort of person you want to have when running a business. The food was impeccable, the little details, the flavours, the presentation, everything was superb. I had a such great time on my first night in Sitges, that I decided to come back on the second night and again the food and the service blowed my mind.
