Be very careful with advertised prices in this store ….there are not the prices you are going to pay!

Today i bought a few products for a total of more than 100 euros . When they scanned the last product ( Clarins - Sun Cream ) i saw 21,30 euros on the machine when it was advertised 19.15 euros on the product . i politely told them there were an error when scanning….. The employee, and the manager who i asked to be called , told me the price was 21.30 euros even if it was advertised differently on the shelves and on the product itself …. they just mentioned that it might be an error ! ….so i had to decide to take it at 21,30 euros or leave it !! They even told me that in Spain the reference was the computer not the advertised price …. what a joke .

so i didn’t take that product , paid the rest and leave

That was so rude, not even an apologize….They were even not concerned that the advertised price was wrong.

I had been many times in this store before but never checked what i was paying… this time it happened by accident that i noticed the difference as i could see at the same time price on casher screen and on the product.

i am pretty sure that the law is that they have to sale at the price they advertise… anyway

Great shop to get all your beauty products, and a great line in organic beauty products, staff are over helpful, all top brands available, and good prices. Always make sure you have a receipt for a product that you buy elsewhere,or they think you have stolen it from there,and it's Very embarrassing Infront of other customers .they are constantly monitoring you like you are a thief if you have a bag,. I suggest they supplying locker's to place your bag when entering, instead of asking you to leave your shopping behind the cashier point,or put in a security door system,or a...

The attention from the employees is not the best and if you have questions about a product, the only thing they can tell you is the difference in prices and that's it. They don't have all the brands that other Druni usually offer but the worst thing is that I bought a Lancôme eyeliner which was totally dry I’m quite angry because at the end of the day they sold me a product or in poor condition or...
