### **Coffee, Kindness, and a Side of Sweet** Some places are about the food. Others, about the people. This one? A little of both. We wandered in, looking for a mid-afternoon pick-me-up—coffee, something sweet, and a place to sit back and watch the world go by. From the moment we stepped inside, the staff made us feel welcome. Not the forced, corporate kind of welcome, but the real thing—the kind that makes you feel like a regular even on your first visit. The coffee? Solid. Strong, hot, exactly what you want when you need a break from the day. The pastries? **Good, not great, but satisfying in that simple, familiar way.** Maybe not the kind that haunts your dreams, but enjoyable nonetheless. Flaky where they needed to be, sweet but not overwhelming—perfectly fine for pairing with a quiet moment and a warm drink. But what really made this place shine wasn’t on the menu. It was the atmosphere—the easygoing hum of conversation, the subtle background music, the steady rhythm of life passing by. A front-row seat to first dates, old friends reuniting, the solo coffee drinkers lost in thought. Would I come back? Absolutely. For the friendly faces, the solid coffee, and the chance to slow down and take it all in. And if a pastry happens to find its way to my table? I wouldn’t say no.

It’s the only place in the area that is open at 6:30am so I’m happy:) also a great cozy atmosphere, delish options, not much for vegans though :( and they are not flexible to substitute things (like zucchini toast comes with chicken originally, I asked if that ingredient could be replaced with anything - mushroom or avocado, they said no - they can only remove stuff I don’t eat) Other than that - nice cafe, Terazza as well. Oh, their waffles seems to be a croissant actually, smashed in the waffle maker 😃 tastes good

There’s usually a bit of a line, but it moves quickly. Plus, they have lots of outdoor seating, so if you can’t find a spot inside, you can always enjoy breakfast outside. The toast is delicious, especially the healthy brunch: salmorejo base, tomato, avocado, Iberian ham, and egg. They also have a great variety of sweet options if you're in the mood for something sugary.
