McDonald's — Restaurant in Tías

So disappointed with the service provided to me today. The lady behind the till took my order ( one drink). I paid after ordering and I waited for my order and when the girl came back she handed me the drink and started (quite rudely) shoving her hand towards me suggesting I owed her money. I told her I had already paid her just minutes before. She proceeded to shout at me extremely abusivly (with other customers around) and called me an idiot. I asked her calmy to check the last sale on the cash register, she started shouting and screaming to a colleague in spanish in the kitchen part and i noticed that the receipt from my sale was still in the part where the receipt comes out. I pointed this out to her and she obviously noticed she was wrong as she turned around and started AGAIN cursing to her colleague. I got no apology as she just walked away. I am disappointed as I would regularly be a customer of McDonalds in Ireland and other countries around the world and have always had lovely people serving me. Unfortunately I didn't get the girls name! So rude and ignorant and obviously shoudnt be working with people! I don't know how she was hired! I have never been verbally abused by waitress before so this has been a first and I'm sure her colleagues know who she is with...

Was here before a few years ago and highly rated the food and service so came back today. OMG!!! The girl behind the counter shared our worst experience we have ever had in any restaurant!! Order was stood for 10mins while it waited for another Big Mac. When it was passed to me I asked that member of staff if she could swap the chips as we just tried them and they were cold. She spoke to the nightmare and she acknowledged. However all the food was left on the counter for another 10mins while she proceeded to prepare other people’s food. When she eventually brought new chips I asked her to change the burgers as they would now be cold! OMG The look and stomping around! When she changed the burgers or should I say swapped the actual meat in the original buns. I asked her if I had upset her but was not even given a response! We took the food which was ok at best! Absolutely Amazing service from Zoe & Zhamet I believe, sorry if I didn't remember your name right. Such a refreshing change to have members of staff who smile and want to help. Me and my group decided a burger and fries would do the trick before our flight home . The restaurant was really busy, but I was served at the counter (not a machine) straight away top mark's already, I can't tell you much I despise self service tills. So after placing my large order and not having to wait that long for it to be ready it all came out on 3 separate trays, probably my fault for not asking it to be bagged, I'm on my own and have 5 meals with drinks to carry about 10min walk up a hill to my apartment , I explain this to them , and the two of them get to work and pack my food and drinks into two big bags . I get back to the apartment and not a drop of sprite has been spilt and hardly a single fry as left it's box !! Splendid work , and all done with a smile.
