Noodle Box & Sushi - CC Biosfera Plaza — Restaurant in Tías

F(ood): you make your own combination of a variety of noodles, protein, sauce and optional vegetables. Apart from that they have an assortment of sushi and lot of sidedishes like springrolls, teriyaki chicken, gyoza, pan bao, ... We had a bunch of things and they all tasted fabulous! The price is very good for the portions you get. If you order noodles, a side and a drink you're out like €15. And a large noodles is really a large noodles!

A(tmosphere): it's a small place in a shopping mall so you don't come here to linger. You would normally come here for a quick bite during or after shopping or for take away. The area was clean tho and the store itself looked simple and light so it's good enough for what it is.

C(hildren): if they like noodles they'll find something they like and otherwise you get mc donalds for them and noodles for you ;)

T(oilets): they don't have toilets there but toilets from the mall itself are nearby and those are also very clean and accessible.

S(taff): very nice and customer friendly staff. They offer assistance with all the options, speak English and provide good service! Tho we had a large order it all came fast but cooked properly and apart from one thing which they said would only take a few more minutes (and it really didn't take much longer) all arrived together. We noticed a customer going back who apparantly got the wrong sauce. It was sorted straight away, she got a new dish immediatly and a sincere apology. Mistakes can always happen. We're all just humans after all. But if it's handled in a professional way like this it shouldn't be a problem!

When we went there on Thursday evening it was quiet with about a table or two present and we did end up waiting for about 10-15 minutes before being seen to order which was a bit disheartening. Despite that, the food was good and quite tasty! They have tofu and vegan chicken which I was excited to see. I had the vegan chicken which I'm pretty sure was seitan but I am guessing from the taste and texture, it was nice and not rubbery thank god ! (I've experienced this before in other places).

Nice view as well since it's one of the top floors of the shopping centre. Also something to note as well, the day we went there was no sushi there, but it may have been due to it being a couple hours before closing?? However it was a bit sad to see nonetheless since it's half the menu yet not there... Thankfully we originally wanted noodles...

Noodle Box truly stands out for its delectable cuisine and exceptional customer service. During a recent visit, a staff member spoke to me with foul language , which prompted me to reach out to the restaurant's Facebook page. Their response was nothing short of remarkable. Not only did they thoroughly investigate the incident, but they handled the situation with utmost professionalism, a rare trait to find in Lanzarote. Despite feeling disheartened initially, their efforts to rectify the issue and go above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction have solidified my loyalty.
