Ok, first of all, the location is amazing, the view is stunning. If you're looking for a sea view while grabbing a bite of yummy seafood, you have to go there. You won't miss it, it's a very convenient spot by the sea. Second, food was delicious. However, I was most impressed by the service: the waiter was a Cuban boy, kind of shy but very professional and nice, always eager to help, very hard-working. He estado dos veces tomando un gin tonic con unas aceitunas muy ricas, y una vez cenando: almejas a la sartén, pimientos del padrón y bogavante a la plancha. Todo estupendo. Siempre nos ha atendido Ramón y me gustaría destacar su amabilidad y su atención, siempre con una gran sonrisa.

Agosto 2024 He vuelto a la Rula y confirmo mi clasificación. El pulpo magnífico. El arroz con bogavante en su punto y con mucho sabor. Vuelvo a destacar la atención de Ramón, me ha dado mucha alegría volver a verle. Su atención magnífica. Es encantador, eficaz, profesional. Enhorabuena!

Agosto 2025 Vuelvo a la Rula a tomar cervezas/copas de vez en cuando y echo de menos las aceitunas… 😢 PERO, hace tres días fui a cenar y fue estupendo. Lo que no tiene palabras son las almejas a la sartén, que en otros sitios me sabe sosa la salsa, pero en La Rula me la quería comer a cucharadas, y lo hice. 😅 Menuda salsa y menudas almejas. Y, muy importante, quería destacar la atención de Benji. Estaban hasta arriba los camareros, corriendo de una mesa a otra, y Benji, a pesar del inmenso ajetreo, siempre tenía bromas amables y divertidas y parecía no sentir el tremendo estrés. Un hurra por Benji, atención...

Everyone is still waiting for the lunches to arrive; one table is getting served and announces they’ve been given the wrong steak and the chef needs to cook it again. I, a foreigner, arrive and ask for a coffee and am told “no, we are closed.” This is absurd; the lunchtime rush hasn’t even been served yet. A coffee is much quicker than recooking two steaks! Clearly just xenophobia....
