A great place for sea food! I was a bit sceptical in the beginning since the waiter seemed displeased with my arrival and looked at his watch (yes there was more than an hour of open kitchen left. I checked since I don’t want to be rude). BUT they really warmed up and I had a great time. The food was amazing!! Simply delicious. The Ambiente was fitting as well, and as far as I could tell, there were quite a lot of locals inside. Always a good sign! You won’t regret eating here!

Conocemos este lugar hace más de 30 años, actualmente ya no vamos tanto pero de vez en cuando pasamos a recordar ese arroz con bogavante de antaño. Comimos calamares, mejillones, ensalada, rape. Todo de diez, fresco y muy bueno. La ensalada era verde, o sea la normal de cualquier lugar pero estaba bastante repleta de ingredientes, zanahoria, espárragos, jamón, maíz, olivas,… El pan con aceite, ajo y tomate brutal. Comimos arroz con bogavante para 4 estaba muy bueno de sabor, pero considero que para lo que se paga por persona de este plato (36€) había muy poco bogavante y la gracia es esa, que hayan “bichos”, habían trozos pequeños para colmo trozos sin carne solo cáscara, porque se ve que se deshacían en el arroz, o eso nos dijeron desde la cocina, pocos trozos de sepia o calamar (no sé ni qué era), pocos mejillones, una cigala y una gamba por persona. (Fotos) Eso sí, de arroz con caldo y la verdura esa, habían como para 8 personas. La idea sería si es para cuatro, que no haya tanto arroz y más crustáceos o si quieren mantener esas cantidades que no esté a 36€. Nosotros NO volveríamos a pedir este plato. Aprovecho para nombrar a Helena de Troya, la camarera que estuvo con nosotros, servicio bien, amable y veterana. Gracias Can Bonachi 👨🏽‍🍳👩🏽‍🍳

Very authentic restaurant. We were the only tourist here. The rest of patrons were locals. The food was great. We also learned how to make our own tomato toast. We had fried small calamari, white wine clams & razor clams to start. Seafood paella & monk fried fish(Roman style). All of the food was great. They do not serve wine by glass but they do have half bottles.

Just finished our dinner there. Had a grilled seabass which came with a few baked potatos. The grilled cuttlefish dish was on it's own, no vege nothing, looks very bare, could have done better with a little vege or something like that to make it more appetising or presentable, which wouldn't cost the restaurant anything. Ordered a pannacotta dessert without checking the price, to our surprise it cost more than €6 for a tiny portion. Quite disappointed to have to pay for the dessert price which is not proportional to the rest of the food. Perhaps we will come back but will definitely check the price...

With these kind of classic good places I always have mixed feelings telling all the world about it. It is a VERY good fish and seafood and paella restaurant. It is frequented by locals, and you might feel like travelling back in time: from the interior, but also from the warm and welcoming treatment of the staff, and of course from the quality and freshness of the food. You can bring your children. Loved to be there. It is not cheap at all, but the dinner is worth the...
