Went today, we was a party of eight. Service very poor. Asked three times for pepper and olive oil. Failed to come. My partner had to get up from the table and get it for me. We will not return. Food also came to us cold, plus quality of food is not like it used to be. I see there are more not so good reviews with no apology from the restaurant. Good feed back from the restaurant would keep them in business with returning happy clients !!! I went to the toilet at the end of my meal and a waitress shouted out to me infront of a full restaurant to put a mask on to go to the toilet, how Rude!!! I have a medical condition that makes me exempt from wearing a mask. So mindless and very inconsiderate. Terrible service ,terrible food and very rude staff. We came to Gran Canaria for our elopement in December 2016. One evening we walked down the street looking for somewhere to eat and walked into a restaurant, after they heard a few words of our broken Spanish asking for a table, they had us follow them to the restaurant next door, which was this place. The people were so nice, and the food was delicious. It has been 9.5 years and I still think about the seafood pizza on a monthly basis. Our lunch at this restaurant (Venecia II) was the first negative lunch experience I have had around here. The fish salad came with completely green tomatoes, overboiled and blue-yolked eggs and picklet canned tuna and was inedible. The pizza crust on the vegetable pizza was meh and both the pasta sauce and mushrooms and artichoked clearly tinned.
