As usual ours trip to Costa blanca, I recently dined at Himalayan tandoori restaurant in Moraira. And it was again an unforgettable culinary experience! Chef Thapa recommend me to try Chicken Madras and it was tender and perfectly spiced, while the samosas were absolute flavourful and served with a tangy dipping sauce. My wife favorite tandoori chicken tikka gave her a true taste of Indian food with its balanced mix of salad on the sizzling Iron plate with pickles, Garlic Naan and Basmati rice. The staff were warm, attentive, friendly and polite waitress two girls ( I forgot their name)were genuinely impressed with the attendance us The restaurant has a cozy with subtle Himalayan-inspired decor and soothing music. It’s perfect for a party, casual dinner, , or even a family gathering. If you love bold spices, comforting curries, or just want to explore authentic Indian-Nepali cuisine Himalaya tandoori Moraira is a must-visit. I’ll definitely be...

The restaurant is situated conveniently opposite a large car park and has an authentic interior which includes an intricate wooden door. There is plenty of seating and it was not very busy when we visited (Tuesday night). The staff were very friendly and spoke excellent English. They were also very knowledgeable about the menu and were able to advise and suggest dishes to try. The food itself was excellent. I especially enjoyed the Chicken Solukhumbu which was spicy and aromatic whilst not being too heavy. I also enjoyed the Kashmiri lamb curry. The vegetarian options were limited with only six main options on the menu but it may be possible to order other dishes without meat (we did not try this so there is no confirmation).
Overall a great experience and I would...

One of the members of staff was friendly but there was another who was just miserable. Asked to make a couple of adjustments to our meal and were met with a shocked response like it was completely unreasonable. Had to chase our ‘two extra poppadoms’ that we ordered even though there was nobody there, and then the curry (basic tikka masala) was completely abysmal and flavourless. Waiter asked if everything was ok to which we responded ‘meh mediocre’ and just walked off. If you want to eat sub-par Indian food in a silent restaurant, this is the...
