Food was fine (nothing special but average or a bit above for area) as well as atmosphere sitting outside enjoying a night out. The single problem was the service. We ordered coca colas and asked for two glasses of water from the tap. The waiter said that I must order bottled water if I wanted water. I said that the tap was fine. He refused and I said that the law specifically states that when someone asks for a glass of water, they are legally obliged. He said his boss told him that no glasses of water were allowed and that it must be bottle only. I gave in and ordered a bottle of water. This used to be my go to place at least once every time I come. I visit at least 7/8 times a year for multiple days. I am an expat living in Spain. I felt as if he was taking advantage of the fact that he did not think I knew the laws etc. even after talking to him fluently in Spanish. We ate peacefully and left. Not worth the hassle taking it further for a few euros but disappointed indeed and it left a sour taste in my mouth. I definitely will not be back. I do not like when businesses and people take advantage of others and that is how I felt.

The offending article 18.3 of the waste disposal law 7/2022 obliges all hotel and catering businesses to provide free tap water, although they can continue selling bottled mineral water for those who are so inclined.

Definitely not confused and I am well aware of the small park in front of the restaurant. Whether in the establishment or just walked by and need a glass of water trying to take advantage of visiting guests is wrong. I hope you inform your employees that when asked for tap water the answer should not be that the boss is telling us only bottle water. A shame we were lied to. Again money isn’t definitely an issue but what is, the deception and lies being told as it felt we were being take advantage of and that we were stupid. Simple apology and education of your staff will...

I am a frequent customer to this pizzeria, I even recommend this place to many as the best Pizzeria in Torremolinos, Benalmádena and Fuengirola.

However, on my own after a rush day, I decided to have my favorite pizza peperoni palla, the same pizza as always!

After waiting a substantial time due to busy night my pizza finally arrived, I was shocked looking at it, it was so small compare to what I was always served here, I asked the waiter what is going on?is the pizzeria on crises? He replied, I don't know, I am knew here!

Since I always. take a picture of my pizza, I compared the old pictures with the current pizza, it clearly showed the difference.

Funny though, it did not tast as always either so I an wondering, what was going on!

Just a concern, but I shall try again after the tourist season is over.

I happily can share the video/photo of the pizza served to me and Arte Blanca can compare with existing photos published.

A good customer can also provide a negative review to bring to the attention of the management that something was wrong!!!

After all, we only can be better knowing our faults...

We are two Italian and last night we went to Arte Bianca pizzeria. The only positive comment about this pizzeria is that the pizza is good.

When the bill arrived we were disappointed to note that we have been charged for a little bit of chilly oíl. For correctnes, when we asked for it, we should have been notified in advance for this charge but this didn't happened.

It is not the €1.50, but it is just a matter of correctness and communication. For this reason we would never go back again. In normal circustances we always leave a tip when we pay the bill but in this occation we didn't. So for €1.50 they lost €5 service tip. I would suggest that the owner of the pizzeria to review the situation and to be a bit more welcoming as the restaurant lack of a bit of ambience and also a little smile will go a long way...

Me and my wife dined here twice during our trip. There was adequate seating and as we got there we had to sit outside but they have rock stove heaters which kept us toasty warm. The staff were very accommodating as we were unsure what to get and they remained patient dealing with the language barrier. The food is amazing , the pasta dishes are lovely and the bolognaise is 👌 The pizza is also amazing and whatever you don’t eat they pop it in a takeaway box and away you go. Price is very good also , for a pizza , bolognaise and 2 drinks just over €30. If you are in the area I would highly recommend this restaurant. Thank you 🙏

Absolutely superb. The service was matched by both the quality of the ingredients and the taste of the food. As soon as we looked at the menu, the waitress advised what they'd run out of (simple yes, but how many places don't do this?) I'm lucky enough to travel extensively, and I consider either/both of the pizzas we had to be in my top three of all time. I may have enjoyed other pizzas more, but I'm struggling to think of any that had the whole taste/service/ingredients trifecta. We had the bolognese and the bismarck pizzas, with a cheese garlic bread to start. All three came on a freshly made base. Highly recommended 👌
