Let me start by saying I never leave a review good or bad but tonight is an expectation.

Came here as our 5th wedding anniversary as from the outside looked like a clean reputable restaurant.

We were a family of 6 clearly not welcome as we didn't fit the criteria to eat there which we didn't know until the service we received. Staff were very rude and not welcoming from the off even getting very frustrated with us asking questions about the menu and what certain dishes consisted of. we should of seen the red flag then and left.

Waited at least 15 mins before we could order drinks and food. Food came and the order was wrong chips tasted stale and to top it off food was dumped on the table with no knives and forks, steak was cold by the time we received any.

My wife ordered the salmon which was clearly frozen and very dry. Not once did anyone come over and ask if food was okay and if we wanted any more drinks.

Toilet was blocked up with you know what with no running water in bathroom sink to wash hands.

When we asked for the bill we waited at least 20 minutes for it and saw the same waiter then proceed go and fetch the bill for other people completely ignoring us and tending to certain people as priority.

When we then had to go and ask for the bill again and also spoke to the waiter about the order being wrong he was very rude and dismissive practically calling my wife a liar and he placed the correct order.

In all my years of eating out and abroad this is by far the worst customer service I have...

I recently had the pleasure of dining with a group of 16 lads, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was lively and welcoming. However, what truly made our evening special was our waitress, Cecilia.

Cecilia was simply brilliant! She greeted us with a warm smile and showcased an incredible ability to manage our large group with ease. Her attentiveness made us feel valued, and she went above and beyond to ensure that our dining experience was nothing short of fantastic. She expertly recommended dishes and made sure our drinks were always topped off, all while maintaining a cheerful demeanor.

The food was delicious—each dish was well-prepared and served promptly. It was clear that the kitchen worked diligently to accommodate our orders, and thanks to Cecilia's coordination, everything flowed smoothly.
