Munch Coffee — Restaurant in Torremolinos

Cozy establishment with good prices and an interesting menu. However, our request was simple: an iced coffee. This wasn't a far-fetched request - after all, a good coffee shop should be able to accommodate the different tastes and needs of its guests. However, we were met with an unexpected refusal. We were told that such a „modification“ was not possible because iced coffee is only served with alcohol at this cafeteria. It's quite strange for a café not to be able to serve a classic iced coffee without alcohol, considering it's a fairly straightforward beverage to prepare.

What made matters worse was the alternative they offered. Instead of providing us with a plain iced coffee, they served us a cappuccino with a glass of ice on the side. This was not at all what we have asked for, and it certainly did not meet my expectations.

My visit left me disappointed, and frankly, the café's name could more accurately be "Munch (only alcoholic) Coffee," considering their apparent reluctance to serve a simple, non-alcoholic coffee beverage. It's crucial to remember that not everyone can or wants to consume alcohol.

I give this café a two-star rating with the hope that they will rethink their approach to customer service and learn to be more flexible with their offerings. I believe that every customer's preference should be respected, and every café should be able to serve the simplest version of its...

In the morning, the service is usually good and the food is very nice. In the afternoon, the waitress usually there is rude. I've been a couple of times recently and both times she has been unpleasant. The first time, she took a long time to take bring the menu. I asked her for it twice, waiting around twenty minutes before going inside to see if I could find one. When she saw me inside, she 'told me off' telling me to go and sit down and that she'd bring it. The second time I went, I waited for about twenty-five minutes and watched as she cleaned all the tables around us, without acknowledging our presence. As soon as a family walked in and sat down, she went over, chatted to them and took their order, knowing we'd been sitting there for 25minutes. We left. The infuriating part is that we've been going here, spending money here for years and to be treated like this is a slap...

Cafe bistro food fresh good price very good personel as it s busy at certain time .offer health ymenu for gym diet and good for veggie and vegan whilst having all the other meat . Snacks salads Pokes .dishes ..very good price delicious salsa s for salads.pudding tiramiu ll home made yum good coffee.and toastada..spainish speaking so better ambient as it s not aimed at tourist specifically very lovely place id go and try..more as the price is vey affordable and lovely kind friendly personel..who even helped to make sure had a confortable seat for...
