Water Sport Playa Rafa - Rent Jet ski, Parasailing — Attraction in Torremolinos

What a bunch of time wasters ..... lazy too. Yesterday was told rhet were busy with a big group and to.come back tomorrow.....today... after.we.phoned them this morning, explained what we wanted and were told to just come over later.in tje day....so two hoirs later we headed over ..... they had all their equipmemt up on the beach.... ready.to go ... five members of staff in their shack and their response to us wanting ro spend over 500 euros on four jet skis for an hour.....were closed!!! When we asked why no reason was.given.....were.just closed. Come back tommorrow. Suffice to say we are not comimg back tomorrow.... or ever... and i strongly recommemd that if you want to hire anything from then you need to be prepared to come.back tomorrow......ans the next day. Alternative.suggestion. ...

Inefficient and Confusing - A Complete Waste of Time

We arrived promptly at the 11:00 AM opening time to rent a jet ski. Despite there being no other customers, we were told we couldn't start until 12:00. We waited as instructed.

At 11:45, the same employee whistled to get our attention, directed us to the jet skis, and then left on a boat tour with another group. When we approached the jet skis, a different colleague at the desk informed us we now had to wait another hour until 1:00 PM because people who arrived after us had a reservation.

The staff offered no solution or apology for this significant mix-up and the wasted two hours. When we asked to clarify the situation with the first employee, we were told "there's nothing I can do." Extremely disappointing and...

Better off hiring a pedlow

Jetskis are radio controlled and heavily limited. I know this for certain as I own the same model at home. Whilst I can understand this may be for health and safety reasons, i think it should be made clear this is a heavily watered down version of the real Jetski experience & in my opinion not worth the 160 euro for 1 hour on a Jetski at just above idle.

This same review has been posted a while back and company have replied that this is due to speed restrictions in place by Spanish authorities. I would bet this is false is I could hear the instructors ski and others around me revving to the full RPM.

This is a scam avoid avoid and spend your cash with another company that cares about the outcome more than...
