The Cosy Corner | Bar — Restaurant in Torremolinos

It is difficult to decide what is best about The Cosy Corner 🤔🤔🤔..the food is always delicious, freshly prepared and combines excellent value for money with both great quality and quantity of there food and drinks... everything i have tried on there menu , from Cesar Salad , to fresh coffee , to chicken curry , to homemade dutch apple pie.. there food and drinks are honestly the best I have had in Spains Costa del sol for the prices you pay there.

The food though first class is equally only a part of the Cosy Corner experience.. Sandra and Mario both have the warmth of personalities , in combination with a relaxed , welcoming , informal demeanor towards everyone they encounter..... they are friendly without being to intrusive and are natural , good humoured , people you get to know quickly after a short time meeting them .Then subsequently you know that you want to return again for another fantastic meal and to meet them again which adds to the whole Cosy experience. They are consistently polite and friendly and greet every one with a sincere smile and adopt a fun , relaxed atmosphere in their restaurant, with easy good natured conversation and prompt service... nothing is to big a problem to ask them they are accomodating in everyway and like to offer advice about other local bars and restaurants and attractions in the area .

The Cosy Corner is memorable and stand's out among its many rivals in the area.. memorable for classic European comfort food , cooked to perfection by Mario , memorable for the sincerety and charm Sandra shows to everyone who she serves...with a cheeky smile , good conversation and good humour ...all of which adds to the whole Cosy Corner experience....so please take my advice ...I have ate and travelled around Spain and Europe.... Tina Turner's word's seem applicable here when thinking of the Cosy Corner...." Your simply the best... better than all the rest 💃💃💃.... please visit this place... you will not...

The food is great and the prices very fair but the owner Tony is not a happy guy. We visited last year and found him to be obnoxious. We gave it a 2nd try again in April this year and unfortunately we got the same again, obnoxious bordering on plain rude. He came to take our drinks order and when asking the children what they wanted, he got his reply but unfortunately my 9 year old forgot to say please. He then leaned his head forward with his eyes wide, I could see what he was wanting but my son doesnt really get social situations and just kept repeating his order, i do believe in kids having manners but found this, as a customer who was asked a question a bit unnecessary. Then again when my son asked for more ketchup, they wouldnt hand it over without begging the child for a please, something again that wasnt really needed as they could have just laid the sachets on the table. When I had to change my order, I could clearly see him staring angrily at me from his kitchen and shaking his head, it was done very obviously and he didnt care that i noticed, it made me feel totally uncomfortable and we wont return. Kids are kids and i filled in the please and thank you's as we went. This is a real shame as the food is great and his wife Jayne is completely lovely. Tony should stay in the kitchen, or take a job where he doesnt have to mingle with...

So so glad we stumbled across this cozy little restaurant in Torremolinos! Now firstly, the food is absolutely unmatched in quality, a proper english Breakfast with real sausages and actual bacon! I had the large breakfast every morning and will continue to do so!

Lunch/dinner time we wouldn’t hesitate to pop back for, now trust me when i say this. THE BEST FISH AND CHIPS i have had yet! Real golden crispy beer batter cooked to perfection! All the trimmings as well! Gave my local chippy a real run for their money so to say! All at great value too!

The service is fantastic, very warm and friendly. Made us feel so welcome!! The whole team work hard to keep every one smiling!

Cant recommend this place enough!
