Jungle Sushi Gastrobar — Restaurant in Torrevieja

I recently visited this sushi restaurant with high hopes, only to leave utterly disappointed. The food itself was extremely bland, lacking any distinctive flavor or freshness—each bite felt like it had been carelessly thrown together. The sushi rice was dry, and the fish seemed dull, almost as if it had been sitting out for far too long.

Worse still was the service. The staff appeared disinterested and unhelpful, barely acknowledging our presence. Despite our repeated attempts to get the waiter’s attention for simple requests, our needs were continuously overlooked. This lack of care in both food preparation and customer service made the entire dining experience extremely unsatisfying.

Wow!!! The best sushi I had in a really long time. I was concerned about low rating since I always look at it, but many friends told me to try. I can’t recommend enough. Yes, you have to wait for your order to be cooked but it’s worth every minute of wait. Also if you order in advance that won’t be an issue. Rolls are enormous. Generous amount of ingredients , I rarely see such generosity. Fresh, amazing combinations of taste. We ordered a lot though and it was enough for us for 2 days, we were not expecting for rolls to be so big. Please don’t change...

Mi experiencia en este restaurante fue, en una palabra, decepcionante. Tras mi visita, descubrí que las únicas reseñas positivas en ruso, claramente fabricadas, no coincidían en absoluto con lo vivido. La comida resultó insípida y alejada de lo que uno esperaría de un buen sushi: la falta de sabor y la presentación poco cuidada dejaron mucho que desear. 👎

Por si fuera poco, el servicio fue francamente grosero. La atención al cliente careció de la cortesía y profesionalismo que merecen quienes buscan disfrutar de una experiencia gastronómica. Además, las fotos promocionales no se corresponden en absoluto con la realidad, lo que solo aumenta la sensación de engaño.

En definitiva, no puedo recomendar este establecimiento a nadie. Es lamentable ver cómo la imagen que proyectan en redes sociales contrasta tan radicalmente con la calidad del servicio y la comida ofrecida. Espero que en el futuro se tomen medidas para mejorar tanto la autenticidad de sus reseñas como la calidad de su atención...
