KFC — Restaurant in Torrevieja

Avoid this place at all costs.

Ordered 15 piece which was delivered quickly. Unfortunately the chicken and fries were old and cold. After complaining, got new fries but the same chicken which had been put under the hot lamp. Complained again that the chicken wasn’t fresh, got new chicken, but only just cooked, so rubbery not crispy. The freshly cooked fries also had virtually no salt on them.

It wasn’t just the food which was poor, but the manner in which the complaints were dealt with. The staff were surly and obnoxious; they really couldn’t care less.

Daddy finished what the kid’s couldn’t simply as not to waste money.

Edit (12 hours later) - so I receive a response here 3 hours after my review. Unfortunately I don’t read Spanish anymore, nor can I copy and Google translate the message, however I have seen similar responses in English, so get the idea.

Perhaps if management spent more of their efforts running a good kitchen, concentrating on delivering a quality product and service, rather than fending off bad reviews online, they might prosper.

I don’t need to send an email to the company. I’m not looking to assist or for any recompense. Merely, I want to warn others the higher than average possibility that they could have a bad customer experience if they choose to eat here, and to maybe go to another restaurant.

Management reply just reconfirms the bad experience.

2nd edit - completely forgot about the sodas, flat and too syrupy. Like they try to mask the lack of gas by adding more syrup. I know gas is expensive and in short supply: suggests the place is being run on a shoestring. Undercooking the food to make the oil...

Absolutely disgusted and furious after a visit to your restaurant. We ordered €30 worth of food . Two items were incorrect. We went to the counter with our receipt to rectify . Extremely rude staff member who insulted my husband who tried to tell us doble cheddar burger did not have cheddar. Astounded. As well as more . Politely pointed out the receipt and she said well you have to pay again.

Excuse me ? Asked to speak to the manager who said "Well was it that bad that you ate it " ...no it was uneaten and cold . Absolutely shocked at the terrible rudeness and want to take this further .

I've never encountered such poor rude service anywhere. Twice we tried to explain they'd made the mistake . Twice. We were regular customers. No more . Hugely disappointed such people represent the brand of KFC . Totally different experience back...

Came here on Friday at 1:10 am, on the door it says the establishment closes at 2am, they said you can order food but can’t use the bathroom as it’s closed, how can a bathroom be closed 50 mins before the establishment itself, very unhygienic. Tonight my daughter went there after a visit to the cinema, tonight it’s says it closed at 1 am, she was there just after 12, as soon as she walked in they said only chicken wings or certain burger and no chips available, again how can this be the case an hour before closing time, shocking service on 2 occasions, safe to say I won’t be going again, think the staff at this particular restaurant need more training as surely restocking and cleaning should be done once establishment is closed and not before they...
