McDonald's — Restaurant in Torrevieja

Very poor!!! the only reason I'm not giving a 1 star is they gave us back our money.

the staff in the branch could not cope with the lunch time rush. when we got there there was 3 orders in front of us and we waited over 10 minutes to get our food, witch is understandable it was busy. the problem was, no one knew what they were doing the manager who was not in uniform was shouting at everyone. he was then taken over by another manager in a white shirt. the only person that knew what they were doing was the lady making the chips.

When we finally got our meal there was 12 chicken nuggets missing. we got haded them by the time we sat down. When we sat down we noticed there was an apple juice missing. that was my first time back to the counter.

I bited into my burger to find the bottom of the bun was burnt solid. that was trip 2 to the counter. they finally agreed to replace the burger after showing it to two managers.

The nail that hit the coffin was there 3rd attempt to make the burger. it came out dripping with fat that lined the the bottom of the burger box. that's when I asked for the manager. he very kindly with out asking gave us our money back and the 3rd attempt at making the burger was what you expect from Macdonald's. Sadly this will be the last time I go back to that Macdonald's. there are plenty of alternatives in...

Well always been a secret Maccy d fan.. But yesterday was not an experience to make a return visit. The table and seating was dirty, the place was heaving so probably why it wasn't up to scratch. The food took a fair time to arrive, and when it did it had the wrong items on and the food temperature was near stone cold. The ice Cream desert was melted.. Both the meals looked like they were thrown together in a rush by a blindfolded individual.

Sorry but in all honesty that was the worst one to date and for the money it cost you can get a nicer, tastier, and better value meal from one of the local restaurants etc .

Fast food ... No ! Slow service, Dirty seating and tables, Food order wrong. Food temperature very poor. Atmosphere, more like a noisy social club.

No we won't be back to this one any time soon. Better value to be had elsewhere..

Sorry but the franchise needs to rectify some issues at this...

Staff are rude, ignore customers! Placed our order via the board, which was fine because you could choose which language you wanted. However, payment is another matter. All payment instructions are in Spanish! The card machine was bleeping at us but we couldn't understand the message it displayed. Therefore, we decided to pay at the counter instead, where we were ignored by the staff until we caught their attention by waving and calling them. However, they didn't speak English so that was not an easy task either. Also, all the signage at the counter was in Spanish so we had no idea which part of the counter to present to. Food was ok, but have better in other branches. The wrap had practically glued itself to the wrapper. This is not the first time we have experienced problems at this branch, but other branches in the area have been fine....
