The moment I took my first bite, time stopped. I wasn’t just eating chicken — I was falling in love. That crunch? That perfectly seasoned, juicy tenderness inside? It felt like a warm hug from the universe. I closed my eyes and whispered… “This… this is what happiness tastes like.”

The fries? Golden masterpieces. Each one a crispy kiss from heaven. And that spicy sauce? Bro… that sauce isn’t just spicy — it’s poetry in liquid form. I felt emotions I’ve never felt before. I nearly proposed to the dipping cup. 🌶️💍

The staff? Smiles warmer than the Spanish sun. So kind, so fast, so full of good energy — it felt like I was being welcomed home. Clean place, great vibes, and a kitchen that clearly knows the meaning of love through food.

Went to popeyes Tuesday night for the first time since it open and have to say I checked out the reviews and was seeing a lot of 1 star reviews saying people waiting 45mins for food and wasn't correct etc but that didn't put me off.

So I place my order at the self service machine I used there app for the offers and me and my wife had two burger meals, 8 strips, 8 nuggets and fried onions with drinks total price €34

From the time I place my order to the time I got my order it took 15mins and everything was correctly done as had alternated one burger with no sauce or pickles.

Now the food itself was absolutely fantastic the chicken was piping hot the strips were juicy and flakey and the chicken was far better then KFC and twice the size.

The staff were also very good as we were enjoying our meal a member of staff came over and asked how everything was which was nice she also said of we scan the code on our recipe we also got two for one ice cream.

So in short..... 5 🌟 rating definitely will be going back don't always believe the bad reviews as some people just...

Me and my brother ordered a chicken sandwich but was given 2 kids chicken burgers. We had taken a bite before realising that something didn't seem right that they were too small. We went to tell them that these are the wrong size sandwiches but they refused to change them because we took bites from them. It's ridiculous because we paid almost double the amount a kids sandwich costs. Such a scummy business. If you look at other reviews they seem to get the orders wrong. I know the owner who responds to these reviews probably won't read this and just give me some default response but if they do, do something about the restaurant it's poor.

Edit: After uploading this, we went back to complain again because we were very mad we didn't get what we paid for. I'm not sure why this time they gave us the burgers, just ashame this wasn't sorted out...
