Soraya Restaurant — Restaurant in Torrevieja

Really bad place/staff (some of them) Ordered a mojito, for the very first time there, and saw another guest having a small one. Asked about how much bigger a medium one is, when the waiter just said...while showing with his hand, that it was just slightly bigger than the small one that the other guest where having. Ok, I went for that medium then..After a couple of minuetes he serves me the Eiffeltower of a Mojito, like 3 pints!?!? Sat there like in a chock and felt that they really fooled me here. Then when I tried to talk to them and said they should have informed me about that ridicolous size of a drink (served to just 1 guy, to a couple would have been a different story), they just wanted the money for it, no discussion what so ever😡 So, NO this is a place I will NEVER recommend to friends, relatives or no one at all. Really bad attitude those waiters I discussed the matter with! Good thing that there's plenty of nice places in the rest of Torrevieja, if you just avoid this...

Soraya Restaurant – Torrevieja

We’ve eaten at Soraya Restaurant several times, and it’s always been a great experience. The service is friendly and efficient, and the food is excellent. One standout dish is the magra con tomate – rich, flavorful, and highly recommended.

They also have a very big menu with plenty of options for everyone, and the cocktails are fantastic – definitely worth trying if you’re in the mood for a drink.

It’s a little more expensive than some of the side street spots, but that’s expected since you’re sitting in a prime location, right in the middle of a great view.

Do not go to this restaurant. They push you into buying cocktails that you don't really want. They are huge, and not drinkable by the average human being. I asked for a large beer. Which is usually a pint or litre. What he delivered was a glass of beer that was probably 3 litres. The cocktails were the same Ridiculous. €20 for one cocktail and €8.90 for one beer. I told the waiter I did not order a XXL beer he just laughed at me. The beer and the cocktails just got warm in the sun. STAY AWAY...
