Worst dining experience ever !!! One star is too much for this place... While we were eating waiter came and insisted us buying drinks, as we felt him being too pushy we said that we don't want any drinks. Moreover, it wasn't said anywhere that one must buy drinks. The waiter called us liars outloud saying we must have told him we were not gonna drink before we ate. We told him "maybe later" at the begining. I asked why he didn't come to us before we started meal, his answer was "I assumed that you'll drink". I also asked him "What will happen after 10min, will we have to buy something else?" As he kept shouting and insisting on us buying drinks, we felt horrible. At last he said he'll bring us bill and we can leave. The drinks were decent priced but as he called us liars many times in front of all other people, we were unwilling to pay any extra. So we asked for manager, he answered "We don't do managers here". Later on he said manager doesn't speak English or Spanish only Chinese. We said alright then, call manager we'll use google translator, but he still said "No". After few moments he approached us again saying that we can eat what we want, pay and leave. We felt humiliated and frustrated, the last thing we wanted was food after this. It was horrible experience, avoid this place...

De lo peor, el wok más malo de todos los que he conocido, ir a este wok es tirar el dinero y el personaje que tienen en la plancha no sé cómo lo mantienen en ese puesto es más lento que un desfile de tortugas cojas y encima te saca la comida quemada como unos langostinos que no se podían pelar de lo secos estaban de tanto tiempo en la plancha, volví de nuevo con un plato con 4 chuletas de cordero y unos champiñones y después de 20 minutos lo puso en plancha, tres veces fui a ver si ya lo había cocinado y nada, 45 minutos después dejé de ir y no quise ya comer más, por ciertos los postres escasos y sin sabor como los flanes que parecían natillas y nada dulce, mi recomendación no ir, en las habaneras hay otro wok mejor que esté, horrible en todos los aspectos y al tipo de la parte de la plancha mejor darle una escoba para que se dedique a barrer, otra cosa la limpieza donde está este hombre terrible. Te cobran el IVA sobre el precio que tienen total muy muy caro para tan poca calidad.

If i could give this 0 stars i would. We tried this Wok for the first time and so so dissapointed. It has to be one of the worst ones we have ever tried and it was expensive at 17.95 pp excluding vat and no drinks included. The cooked food was cold and stail, it was as if it was leftovers from yesterday as there wasnt a lot there either, no labels in spanish or english so you have to guess what you are eating, and very little choice. Little choice of sushi too in comparison to other woks.The choice of uncooked food to take to the grill was little but they cooked it well in a nice sauce, so that was the only positive. There were a few stail profiteroles for dessert next to frozen cake that shouldnt have been frozen and that was it. We saw all the good reviews so we were shocked at how bad it was, either people don't have working taste buds or owners/ chef has recently changed. Do not waste your money...
