Authentic tapas bar! Loved it. Staff having fun and singing along to the flamenco. Efficient and professional kitchen wonderful tapas, a delight for the taste buds. We had a truck load of stuff, the wagyu mini burger and the homemade cheesecake were worthy of special mention. I suggest you get there early and wait for the kitchen to start (8.30~8.45) 😉 this place is popular because it's good!

Interesting dishes, great value and really hospitable staff. Highlights included the smoked anchovies and salmorejo which was one of the most interesting I've had over many years visiting Andalusia.

La ambigüedad se denomina acertadamente en UTRERA.

Seis veces a lo largo de varios meses, confirmo que fui rechazado de este restaurante (de hecho es de Utrera) sin amabilidad ni cortesía, de manera expedita. Cada vez, el mismo estribillo: "no hay reservas" cuando muchas mesas llevan más de una hora vacías.

Este concepto de comercio es sorprendente por decir lo mínimo. Consiste en organizar una escasez de plazas para clientes seleccionados.

Sugiero que el propietario prohíba al público la entrada a su restaurante y lo reserve exclusivamente para sus clientes privados. En este caso, no es necesario repartir tantas mesas en la vía pública.

Finalmente, los camareros deben estar capacitados en cortesía, ya que no hay ambigüedad a la hora de recibir a un cliente con empatía.

Es una pena que la única vez que pude sentarme (un milagro) fue muy buena.

La verdad es que no hace que quieras volver en absoluto.

La respuesta del propietario confirma perfectamente todo lo que he dicho. Además de no recibir bien a los clientes, su respuesta psicorrígido y el se envuelve dentro sus certezas.

Estuvimos el sábado por allí con unos amigos. El sitio por dentro es más bien pequeño si se va con mucha gente, aunque fuera tienen mesas. Desde que entramos hasta que salimos el servicio de los camareros fue de 💯 Super simpáticos con nosotros y no nos faltó ni un perejil. Respecto a la comida estaba exquisito todo lo que pedimos y no tardaban en servir: Para compartir: pan con huevo de codorniz, jamón y trufa. Variados de croquetas (la de morcilla con queso y cebolla estaban de muerte)

Individual: cuscús con pollo, rollito ambigú y fajitas a la carbonara y montadito

Todo super rico

Y de postre: tarta de queso y tarta de lotus (compartimos y no nos arrepentimos porque hartan) Todo ello, con sus refrescos, Nos salió por 21€ por persona

No hicimos fotos de nada, estuvimos en un rincón sin cobertura y disfrutando entre amigos :)
