Bella Milano Restaurante Pizzeria — Restaurant in Valencia

We ordered on uber eats and the food was already 10 minutes late when they called me and got rude because I asked to speak in english since my spanish is not so good. They told me the driver is on his way and then asked me 3 times for a local number to call but I told them 3 times my number is German so it's free to call me (EU members) but he just got upset with me instead of even trying to understand what I was saying. 20 minutes later we called again and asked since we were waiting outside the whole time and they were rude again because we asked twice how long it would take because we didnt understand him the first time. The driver was super nice even tho he did not speak a single word of english, but i guess he works for uber eats not for the restaurant. The food was not good either.. you should not offer dishes you can't prepare (truffle gnocchi and tortellini...

I think this evening i pay mi first restaurant for nothing. The restaurant keep my money and don't deliver food :(

I have to say to the boss, if you have money problem, ask me, i will give you... Or maybe do your job correctly and you won't need to steal your client.

I explain : the restaurant "after 2 hours" come to deliver me. But the biker don't call me, leave and write my order delivered on Deliveroo. Not good ! And they say to Deliveroo they called me... but i din't have any call on my phone. But they say to Deliverro that they can came back but because biker don't have phone (strange because they call me before) i have to wait outside.

I wait outside 30 minutes and they never come. And they don't want to give me the money back.

No problem it is just 10 euros, but I think restaurant like that don't hesitate to use old products or something bad like...

Sono stato con la mia ragazza a mangiare la sera di Natale. Volevamo un posto dove poter mangiare qualcosa di italiano e abbiamo trovato questo locale nei primi posti della classifica. Il proprietario ci spiega un po' il menù e alla fine optiamo per quello del giorno vista la festività. Come primo vengo servito con del carpaccio di tonno, completamente coperto da salse forti che aimé hanno coperto tutto il sapore. Inoltre carpaccio completamente congelato, non si staccavano le fette per del ghiaccio tra di loro. Faccio presente della problematica e il cameriere mi consiglia di cambiare piatto, portandomi delle patate gratinate. Quando arrivano, vengono servite insieme a della pancetta che rovinava del tutto il gusto e ho preferito non mangiarle visto che come secondo avevo ordinato un'entrecote. Quando arriva (anche questa ricoperta di salse acide e forti) provo a tagliarla e mi accorgo che neanche con una moto sega si riusciva. Carne dura, piena di nervi, difficile da tagliare, figurarsi da mangiare. Anche in questo caso il proprietario si presta a servirmi un altro secondo ma ormai stufo di questa situazione mi accingo a prendere un dolce (unico piatto mangiato completamente nel nostro tavolo).

Quindi concludo dicendovi due cose: la prima è che Valencia è grande e merita di avere posti migliori dove pranzare/cenare. Questo non ne fa parte. E la seconda è che se la "cucina italiana" viene rappresentata in questo modo nel mondo (indifferentemente da che siano stati o no italiani), a mio parere è come un marchio di fabbrica che viene associato a problematiche e difetti vari. Questo posto non merita di avere nell'insegna la bandiera italiana, né di raffigurare tra i locali sotto cucina italiana.

Quindi uscendo a pancia vuota e con il conto pagato per intero nonostante la cucina da incubo, consiglio a tutti quelli che su TripAdvisor staranno guardando questo ristorante, di...
