I’ve been a chef for 10 years, and I have to say this burger spot truly surprised me—in the best way. The owner was super friendly, and while the decor isn’t exactly my style, I want to highlight two very important things: the drinks and, of course, the burgers.

They offer local wines, local beers, and everything is served ice cold (among other drink options). Now, the star of the day: the burger. I only tried one, but I can already tell the others—though not many—are crafted with the same level of care. From the bun to the sauce, the meat, the veggies, the caramelized onions, and the pickles—every element was an incredibly smart choice.

And as a bonus: fries cooked in fresh oil (you can tell), skin-on, and finished with coarse salt. Another brilliant decision.

I’ve had countless burgers all over the world, and while these are simple, they carry the finesse of a product made with care and absolutely perfect decisions. I wasn’t expecting it.

Keep doing exactly what you’re doing—don’t lower the quality even a bit, and your growth will have no limits. Congratulations.

Little place, big flavor! Very gregarious and quick service. The burgers were straightforward and delicious. The place is going for an In-n-Out style burger and gosh, it’s better than any restaurant burger I’ve had. Fries were on point, made me feel like I was eating homemade fries. And if you’re into spice, there’s an array of hot sauces to try with your fries, and you can even get some habaneros and homemade spicy pickles on your burger! Mostly for takeout, but the one table inside is cozy and there’s chalk markers to draw, which gives it a fun touch.
