Great spot both for terrace and indoor dining. Appears to be a local spot albeit in the midst of the old town across from a lovely (free) museum. We stopped for a coffee and pan con tomate on the terrace in the late morning and were served by the proprietor who told us her mom cooked the sponge cake of the day which my daughter had ordered, and also gave us notice she was making Paella Valenciana later in the day - made with chicken and rabbit, no shellfish included. We returned for this and felt lucky we had, it was our favorite meal in Valencia. They apparently make Paella in one large pan on some weekend days and holidays starting at 2pm until it sells out (which was at 2:30pm when we sat!). We were hesitant to sit down for good paella in town as we were with 2 small children and most require 20-30 minutes from ordering to service, but service was quick with this dish as it was made in one massive paella pan for a crowd and was portioned out hot first come, first served until it ran out.
