I recently celebrated my birthday at El Salón, with a group of 14 friends, and I can’t say enough good things. From start to finish it was a truly outstanding experience.

From the moment I began planning the event, Cory (one of the owners) was a dream to deal with — super communicative, responsive, and always happy to help. He took the time to understand what we wanted and made sure all the details were nailed down well ahead of time.

On the night itself, Cory and his team were incredibly attentive. They went out of their way to ensure everyone was comfortable, had drinks (and tots!) in hand and never lacked anything. With a group that size, that kind of care and smooth service is no small feat — but they handled it flawlessly. As for the cocktails: quite simply, they’re among the best in Valencia (if not the best). The ingredients, creativity, quality and presentation are unmatched.

As for the food—simple but spot-on. And the fried hot dogs? Chef’s kiss! Seriously, you need to try them.

Absolutely love this place! The space is beautiful with a chill but vibey atmosphere, and cocktails that are seriously next level. The space feels like a love letter to good taste: dim lighting, vinyl playing, a knowledgeable and experienced bar team. Every drink we tried was perfectly balanced and super creative without being over the top. You can tell the bartenders know their craft and love what they do.Whether you’re into classics or something a bit more adventurous, you’ll find something you love here. In the land of wine bars, its hard to find a good cocktail bar and this one is amazing! I can’t wait to go back next time...
