Fuji Ramen — Restaurant in Valencia

This place was amazing!

The food was absolutely perfect and so delicious. As somebody who has travelled a lot in Japan, I can say that it was some of the best ramen I’ve ever tried.

Hot, tasty and freshly prepared and all served by amazingly friendly staff who went above and beyond to help me. The staff also spoke perfect English, which was much appreciated as somebody with very little Spanish (they also had an English language menu to order from).

The staff truly are an asset to the business and really helped make my visit so enjoyable. The kind waitress even brought me a complimentary fruit drink at the end of my meal which was a lovely and most welcomed surprise!

The design of the restaurant was so cool and very immersive. It was so unique! This really helped to create a fantastic atmosphere.

If you’re in the area and looking for some perfect ramen, this is the place!

We are coming from Germany and tried many Ramen dishes in hope to find an authentic japanese Restaurant. Without exaggeration: It is the best Ramen Restaurant we have ever been that reached close to the Restaurants in Japan. Not only the food and the restaurant design (especially the cute little details) were top notch but also the waiters, cooks and the restaurant owner were so friendly and welcoming from the start and explaned us the whole menu in Englisch because there were no translation. Also the working environment was friendly and it made us feel really comfortable. Plus the prices were totally human and affordable. It is in fact THE perfect Ramen Restaurant, in every aspect. And… The decoration was just astonishing AHHH:)) Thank you for the best experience...

We just came back from Fuji ramen like an hu3or ago....let me tell you...the ramen was so so so good! I had the one with the duck which comes in different levels of spicyness, the sweet and kind waitress gave me a warming that its really spicy so I've kept it at level 1 ( you have 1-3 Spicyness level) but if youre used to eating spicy hot food you can level up easy. We also had the springrolls and the gyoza and another starter which i can't remember but it was all so so delicious. The passion fruit tea was also another delicious and refreshing item on the menu

The restaurant itself is so nicely decorated but honestly I was mostly just enjoying the food😁😁😁. The staff is very friendly and they speak English as well. Will come back again somewhere this week...
