Kebab El Bósforo — Restaurant in Valencia

I ordered a kebab and a pizza for delivery from this restaurant. At the end of the call I repeated the same order “un durum grande mixto con queso y una pizza barbacoa” and the man on the phone said “Sí”. When the food arrived he gave me two kebabs. I called the restaurant and they argued with me that i did not ask for a durum and a pizza. I told the man that I absolutely did and he said “pues, el siguiente pedido es gratis”. I just called them tonight and asked them about the free order and they told me “Aquí no ahí gratis. Ni un caso” and then they stopped answering...

Bosforo, this webpage is to small to describe how much I love this place. Great price/quality ratio, that's for sure, but what really makes this place is the service. And with service I want to talk about this one-man-show "Cherry". Cherry is such a nice guy and superb in creating personal relationships. Son unos maleducados y unos impresentables. Hemos ido dos personas a tomar dos cervezas, a los 15 minutos de estar ahí nos viene el jefe responsable (sí, el jefe del Bósforo PLAZA HONDURAS) a decirnos que nos teníamos que ir que para dos cervezas no podíamos estar ahí. A los 2 minutos viene un camarero a decirnos que nos fuéramos ya, le explicamos que así no se hacen las cosas, puesto que hemos pedido consumición y no tenemos porque irnos a los 15 minutos de haber llegado. Nos dice que él no puede hacer nada, que se lo ha mandado a decir el jefe, pero que nos teníamos que ir ya porque había gente esperando (habían llegado 4 personas y les urgía más el dinero que el trato con los clientes que ya estaban). Al igual que nosotros, habían dos mesas al lado de 2 personas tomándose una cerveza, pero claro, al ser nosotros jóvenes lo ven más “fácil”. Es la segunda vez que nos ha pasado, la primera vez, ni nos dejaron sentarnos, aún habiendo mesas libres porque decían que dos personas no, que teníamos que ser más.

Son unos impresentables, que solo les importa el dinero. Nada más que les interesa atender rápido, recoger rápido las consumiciones y que te vayas rápido.

He leído por comentarios que se las dan de que, hay 4 bosforos mas, que en el de Plaza Honduras no ocurre esto. Sí, nos ha pasado dos veces y por lo que he leído en los comentarios, suelen hacerlo bastante.
